I needed a gas miser to replace my beloved Ford truck and had next to no money to offer by way of exchange. The dealership worked with me, and Kirk explained it all how a deal could be struck. Great team from top to bottom. I will start by saying I had been I had been dreading the process on finding a new vehicle. I visited three dealerships. After doing research and deci I will start by saying I had been I had been dreading the process on finding a new vehicle. I visited three dealerships. After doing research and deciding on a brand and model I visited three dealerships. Two of the visits were fine. The third, at Bob Allen was remarkable. When I arrived I was greeted by Amy and had a brief wait for Darryl "Woody" Woodard who was with another customer.. As I waited I listened to a conversation between two employees and a visitor. The sketchy visitor became progressively louder and louder when one of the the employees that they could not "BUY" the truck he wanted to sell to them for a "Friend". When the employees said that the paperwork / title was not in order, the visitor said to the employees "Oh, I see you guys are all F#&$#!! corporate I get it. You guys are all the same. Come on everyone does it thats just bull." The employee replied "It's not that we are too corporate, it's illegal. You will have to find someone that is willing to do something against the law. Thats not what we do." Well done guys. Next I met with Woody. I enjoyed my time with him very much. I let him know which car I was there to see. He showed me the car and set me up for a test drive. When I returned we met, chatted and worked out details and agreed upon what we felt was a fair price. He shared and I declined some additional options and enhancements. I could see that they were could be beneficial but not in my budget. I made a deposit and return with my wife later in the day to pick up our new / used vehicle. It was a great experience and we are thrilled with our purchase and Woody's professionalism and the dealership's integrity.. Thank you. More
