Outstanding Customer Service I broke the sunroof during a recent trip and had to seal it closed with duct tape. After stopping at another area Ford Dealership and being offered the opportunity to "make an appointment" I drove to Bob Allen Ford. Mark, the service writer, immediately accepted the vehicle, provided an estimated time line, and asked if I needed help with a ride home. The entire process was 100 percent as it should be - great customer service, outstanding work product, and a completely positive experience. I strongly recommend Bob Allen Ford Service Department and will never again stop anywhere else. More
RPayne From the time my wife and myself walked in the showroom we felt that the staff thought of us as the most important people they were going to encounter From the time my wife and myself walked in the showroom we felt that the staff thought of us as the most important people they were going to encounter all day. Every staff member that passed us, while we were sitting at the table, asked us if we were being helped, even the owner of the dealership. We knew that our salesman, Mike Madrid, wanted us to feel at home and helped us gain the trust of the Bob Allen team, and he didn't do it by pulling the wool over our eyes. He was up front with us, but, yet was always listening to us when we decided that the the first deals were not going to work in our budget. Mike didn't stop there, he started putting the pencil to the paper and worked with us till we came to a point where it fit in our budget. There is no big ego's at this dealership. From Mike all the way to the financial office, you have gained our respect and trust in Bob Allen Ford. Thanks for all you have done and truly, " Its your dealer that makes a difference". More
