Mark, the service writer, immediately accepted the vehicle, provided an estimated time line, and asked if I needed help with a ride home. The entire process was 100 percent as it should be - great customer service, outstanding work product, and a completely positive experience. Every staff member that passed us, while we were sitting at the table, asked us if we were being helped, even the owner of the dealership. We knew that our salesman, Mike Madrid, wanted us to feel at home and helped us gain the trust of the Bob Allen team, and he didn't do it by pulling the wool over our eyes. He was up front with us, but, yet was always listening to us when we decided that the the first deals were not going to work in our budget. Mike didn't stop there, he started putting the pencil to the paper and worked with us till we came to a point where it fit in our budget. There is no big ego's at this dealership.
