"GREAT SERVICE" I dropped off my Escape on Monday April 23,2018 to have the tire sensor switch replaced and to take care of a factory recall on the door latches and m I dropped off my Escape on Monday April 23,2018 to have the tire sensor switch replaced and to take care of a factory recall on the door latches and my appointment was for Tuesday when called to set up my appointment, I was told it would take all day to fix and while waiting around for 2 1/2 hrs. for the shuttle to take me home the gentleman who was taking care of me, found me and told me that if I could stick around for about 30-45 minutes my Escape would be done, instead of having to come back on Tuesday to pick it up.That made my day! Chase in Service was extremely helpful!
