Darryl was helpful and genuine and accomodating. We were driving through KC and based on previous research saw they had a couple of vehicles available at a lower price than what I was seeing at other We were driving through KC and based on previous research saw they had a couple of vehicles available at a lower price than what I was seeing at other dealerships so we decided to stop and look. On our way, about a three hour trip, I contacted the dealership and ended up visiting with Darryl Woodward. Knowing we were just stopping in, he could have totally brushed us off but he was ready with the vehicles we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable about them. Also knowing we wouldn't be stopping again unless it was a good deal, Darryl prepared an offer that was good. He did not pressure for an answer, allowed us to drive away and think about it and we called him with a "yes" about an hour later. We loved the no pressure sales! Although the signing of the contracts was a little longer than we would have liked, I think if we would have gone through pre-qualifying that would have helped the back end of the process. Nonetheless, they worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. More
