We had a very good experience at Bob Allan Ford. We were not planning on buying a car that day, just stopped in to see the pretty Mustang parked out front. There was no pressure and very friendly people. We worked most with Jerome but Lee was also very helpful and friendly! When we got to the final phase, financing, with I think his name is Bob, he was more like a "used car salesman". When everyone else was so nice and low pressure, we were a little shocked at the way he handles people, a little arrogant if you ask me. When I had to deal with him at a later date he was not very friendly and gave me a hard time because I found better financing, he in fact gave me the incorrect number of the Commerce Bank twice, I did not appreciate his attitude at all. I should not feel bad for being able to same myself some money on financing. He had asked me to be honest and I had told him from the beginning that I was going to check with my credit union on Monday, as they were not open that day we were at the car dealership. To resolve my situation, I called Jerome who was most helpful and got me the correct phone number and waited to hear back from me to insure that all went well...Love Jerome!!! I will return in the future to buy another car/truck and we would have to travel about 3.5 hours from home, but will not deal with Bob if at all possible. I have waited a full month to write this review, to allow myself to cool down a bit from the experience with the finance person, I was not happy at all. Thank you, Brenda More
