My car was put through the car wash without me asking or reminding them or needing a coupon for it. Josh Englebrake was very professional and explained everything and answered my questions. A+ Service Adviser and Diagnosis Spot On As a Ford owner since 1991 I've often driven my SUV's to high mileage... and always found great life and quality in Ford products. This particular vehicle for this review was an Expedition EL King Ranch, circa 2008 that is still going strong at 235,000 miles. Part of my lifetime loyal Ford experience has been having great service and relationship with a dealer. In my case this week, I entered with an unknown front end situation and came away exceptionally happy with the diagnosis, work and foremost the spirit of the team at Bob Allen Ford. Chase Meier, my Service Adviser, explained clearly and even with empathy for the higher priced work needed, worked to put the service plans together in a helpful way. The price was still very fair for what was needed. So I came away with continued enthusiasm for Ford and the team at Bob Allen Ford Service Department. Special Thanks to Chase and the Leadership at the Bob Allen family of dealerships. I had previously had an above and beyond extra effort story with their awesome Ottawa KS location and service team.
