Be careful dealing with this company. Sales people fail to disclose important information about costs related to EV vehicles. The “Ford promise” of installing a charger in your garage is a hollow promise. In some cases the costs of upgrading your home electricity capacity exceed the cost of installing the charger. No one will tell you that, but you are responsible for those costs. Don’t sign the “Ford Power Promise, Complimentary Home Charger, Customer Acknowledgement Form” until you know what costs are and are not covered. The complimentary power promise is anything but complimentary. More

The service manager lacked communication skills and proper updates throughout the repair process leaving a lot to be desired. Consistently had to reach out for updates myself. Acting like there was no time in the day to provide proper updates nor to explain in depth what was taking place. The entire motor was being replaced and I was not told in common language. It was frustrating and something that could have been easily avoided. Based on that interaction, why would I want to come here for service or to purchase a future car? More

Make sure you double check your warranty information on used vehicles. I believe they told me the warranty was for 3 months or 4k miles. Had a tire pressure sensor go out and it's not covered. I guess the warranty only covers the engine and transmission. So somewhere during our communication I guess there was some breakdown on what the warranty actually covered. I feel like the warranty information could've been represented better. I was under the impression there was more coverage. This was not the case. More

Overall the experience was fine. There were a few hiccups along the way. Both my significant other and I both ordered vehicle and made sure to utilize the X-Plan pricing. We both intended to buy two vehicles but my order was held over and switched from a 2023 to a 2024 and the rollover was not the vehicle I ordered. I ended up buy my significant other's truck but was told we never gave X-Plan for hers. I am still happy with the overall experience despite the few issues we ran in to. More
