The customer service of the salesman I worked with was very poor. I took off work early and made an appointment for 4:30 when they closed at 5p and it was clear they were all ready to go home. They had sold the vehicle I came to look at before I arrived and they did not let me know ahead of time. I looked at a similar vehicle and went in to talk to the salesman after test driving. After being told the price of the vehicle was non negotiable and adding up costs he told me I could not afford this vehicle and needed to be looking at something different although I had more than what they were asking to spend in cash that day. I left very upset and offended at this. They later texted me to follow up and I told them I was no longer in the market as I had purchased another vehicle the day after visiting with them and I had a bad experience with them. They did not care to learn more about my bad experience, all they heard was that I was no longer looking to buy. More
