On this particular visit, my driver side window was not operating properly. I happen to use this vehicle daily, delivering newspapers, and must have this window working. Not only did Ed personally check out the problem, but also had Steve Naylor, who I would like to call my personal mechanic, look at it also. They diagnosed, ordered the parts for me, and scheduled an appt. asap !! Job was completed when promised, and included a ride home for me when I dropped off the car. I am a long time Honda customer,and have probably bought 4-5 cars for my own use, and have leased a brand new Honda for my wife every 3 years for the last decade, and have referred a number of customers to Boardwalk (Sussman) Honda over the years. I consider myself part of the Honda Family, because that is how I am treated !! Whenever it is time for a new car, Ron Solt is the only one I deal with. He is professional, courteous, and fair, and a credit to the Honda name. As dependable as he is, so also is the Honda vehicle. My service record is quite lengthly, and each time Steve Naylor treats my cars as if they were his own.He knows my car inside and out, and I would not let any other mechanic touch my cars. Over the years, I have made numerous friends with the employees, and even joke that I should have my mail sent there, but when one feels as comfortable as I do dealing with a top-rate business, they continue to do so, and tell others too !! The manager,John Cevoli, should be praised for his dealership and team, and I am only happy to complete this review. More
I know that I will always be treated with courtesy and honesty when I take our vehicles to Boardwalk Honda for service. I accepted some and rejected others, but at no time was there any high pressure to have work performed that I didn't think was necessary. The service was finished in less than the promised time and everything done was explained completely. This is the usual situation at Boardwalk Honda. More
Let me say my first experience will be my last. I went there to look at new Honda cars and did not receive any assistance as I was browsing the showroom. I walked out and came back in to see if I would be there to look at new Honda cars and did not receive any assistance as I was browsing the showroom. I walked out and came back in to see if I would be helped and guess what, no acknowledgement whatsoever, even though salespeople were available. This time I went to the Sales manager and he directed me to one of the idle salesmen. This fellow took our information and asked what cars I was interested in. I had a few choices and wanted to test drive the models so I could get a better idea on what to buy. This guy (Gary)did not want us to drive the cars!!! He wanted to MAKE SURE he had a SALE!!!! Not only did he say this, he layered it with I got a family to feed and we are closing the store soon. What kind of service is this!!!??? I am disgusted and not recommending this place to anyone. I started by working with Mike Sullivan over the internet for several weeks until I found the right car at the right price. Mike was the only internet salesmen who answered all of my questions and was respectful of my requests to only call when I asked and do most the dealing via the internet. I am a single dad of three kids, and time is precious to me. After we agreed upon a price, I visited the dealership today. the car was ready, and the deal that we worked out was just as described. There were no bait and switch tactic or other bad business practices that you might find at a dealer such as Universe Honda in Toms River( who I visited 4 times). Kraig Freidman was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgible and polite. I am a well informed "car guy". Kraig made sure that my time was pleasant. You only buy a new car a few times in your life, and it should be a great day. Kraig made sure that I enjoyed this day and I sincerely appreciate it. I will recommend this dealership and Kraig to all of my friends. If I purchase another Honda again, which I think I will in future years, you can be certian that I will visit my friends at Boardwalk Honda.
