I liked it, and Sharon told me the price and extra charges (registration, documents, etc.) upfront. When I called her the next day to say I wanted the car, Sharon took my vital information over the phone. When I came to pick the car up, all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The entire process was simple and honest, and took about two hours total. It's been less than a week, but so far, I'm very happy with the car. More
