Great service and advice I was considering trading in my California (which had been meticulously serviced and cared for by Boardwalk Ferrari) and purchasing a pre-owned 458 It I was considering trading in my California (which had been meticulously serviced and cared for by Boardwalk Ferrari) and purchasing a pre-owned 458 Italia. I discussed the servicing costs, extended warranty options and the general reliability history of 458’s. Paul Frey and Steve Fordham were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. They were very knowledgeable, professional and above all made me feel very comfortable about making a decision that I would be happy with. I purchased a 458 in part due to the positive feedback these two gentlemen provided me. The car that I purchased, went through a rigorous checking process. The service department did all the work that was necessary to get the car into “as new condition” so that it could qualify for the Ferrari “new power” warranty. Boardwalk Ferrari must be very proud of their service department whose expertise and attention to every detail is incomparable to any other dealer out there. Last but not least, a special thank you to Lorenzo Amaya for all the time spent helping me find a car. More

Paul Frey and Chris (Service Tech) was very extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer all my questions. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very very informative. Chris went as far to that a ride in the car to explain in more detail for me and Paul gave me wonderful suggestions and advice to help me in my decision. In addition, Quentin and his team are amazing. They had my car looking brand new. The attention to detail and expertise in making a car look new is only something you have to experience yourself. I will never take my car anywhere else. Quentin is very professional and friendly and will take all the time necessary to answer all your questions and give you information to best take care of your car at home. Finally, I want to talk about the Parts department and Stewart Foster. He was very nice and took the time to look up any parts I had questions about. He gave me options when parts wasn't available. My Service Technician, Mike, did an outstanding job and I very much appreciate his meticulousness and care with my car. Since I drive the 100 miles round trip from Ft. Worth for service, I waited in Boardwalk's pleasant showroom and reception area for the work on my car to be finished. While waiting, I had some great conversations with Brian Benjamin, Lorenzo Amaya, Julie Summers, and Shad Warren. The flat tire that was saved. I brought my car in sure that I needed 4 tires as the right rear tire was losing air & and the 4 tires had 8000 miles. Paul Frey took the car to servi I brought my car in sure that I needed 4 tires as the right rear tire was losing air & and the 4 tires had 8000 miles. Paul Frey took the car to service to put on a lift. A half hour later Paul came out to me on the showroom floor with a Cheshire cat smile on his face.The right rear tire had a fixable screw and the other tires had plenty of tread. Thanx Paul. More

Everything was completed properly and efficiently including a couple additional requests. I've always used the service at the dealership for everything from the annual service to aftermarket parts and services, and I've always been satisfied with the end result. Once you deal with the people at Boardwalk's service organization, it quickly becomes obvious that they strive to exceed expectations. More
