Steve got me on their schedule ASAP and within days I made the drive from Austin to the dealership in Dallas. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by my service advisor, Chris Williams, who patiently listened to my requests and answered my many questions. I was impressed by Chris’s calm demeanor, professionalism and knowledge of everything Ferrari. Within a day or two, I received a very reasonable estimate for repairs based on a very comprehensive inspection which included a video. The repairs and services I selected were expertly completed without delay. As an added bonus, I received a discount on parts and service for my membership in the Ferrari Club of America.
