I have been a client of Boardwalk Ferrari for almost 20 years both in sales and in service. They are without question one of the best, if not the best, auto dealerships from which I have purchased cars an years both in sales and in service. Joaquin was very good. Communication was excellent and he seemed very helpful. Service however, was less than exemplary. The entire service took longer than expected, but only by one day. The car was returned to me not completely full of oil. (After an oil service, and low enough to trigger the low oil light). Imagine the potential damage to the car that could have done. An inexcusable and possibly catastrophic error in my mind. Also, I had a Level 2 detail done, and while the interior seemed reasonably well done, I can assure you that no paint correction of any kind was done to the exterior. The car was clean when it was delivered for service, and no change to painted surfaces was noticed. Wheels were also left smeared and all windows smudged. I guess its a good thing that I was able to use the discount offer @ $350, because at the full price of $550 for the Level 2 service, it would have been egregiously unacceptable. The service team spent more time trying to upsell me on future service items than actually completing the items requested. Unlikely to return. Richard Nichols More
