Bad communication Dropped my car off to get checked out because multiple lights have been displaying on the dash for a couple of days now. Ended up getting the dirtiest loaner car in the lot I think. Food in cup holder, mats look like they haven’t been swept or washed in months. Very irritating that I pay a lot of money for my clean 2019 assent to get a loaner like this. The staff also said they would call me today to give me an update on what’s going on with my car and I never received a call. More
