We certainly hope (at the time of this post), the keyless entry code given to your family member on the day of delivery is working fine! We are always looking to improve upon our delivery process and your suggestions are well taken. We truly can appreciate your frustrations regarding the removal of window/warranty stickers. However, in compliance with FTC regulations, NO dealer is ever permitted to remove them at any point. If found to be in violation of that regulation, we could find ourselves levied with a rather substantial fine! Please accept our apologies for not pointing that out at the time of delivery.
