Very impressed with Bo Beuckman Ford and inparticular Ryan Bunt the Sales Rep. Knew I wanted an Edge if it would hold all the stuff I use in my job, if it would fit into my price requirements and if the Dealership was easy to do business with. Ryan listened to my concerns and needs. He assisted moving the items from my car into an Edge to see if they would fit. He covered all the points of interest I was looking for and we compared my current vehicle to the Edge. They came up with an agreeable price and the process was expedient and thorough. With all the gadgets on the new car, had a lot of questions and Ryan made sure I had the answers going over all the gadgets one by one. Looking forward to having a neighborhood dealer to service and care for my new SUV. Would also highly and I repeat HIGHLY reccomend Ryan Bunt, he was extremely courteous, a good listener and was able to respond to all my concerns and qestions. L.T. More
This was the 13th vehicle I have purchased since I was 16 years old. Sean Martin made my experience at Bo Beuckman a great one. On September 21, 2012 my fiance and I went looking for a vehicle to replace the pontiac G6. So we came to Bo Bueckman and as we looked around we found a 2008 Ford Edge unlimited that I fell in love with. As vehicle to replace the pontiac G6. So we came to Bo Bueckman and as we looked around we found a 2008 Ford Edge unlimited that I fell in love with. As we looked at the vehicle, the car sales man Sean Martin came out and gave us a little information about the car. As we continued our conversation, I notice some scratches on the back of the truck but Sean told me not to worry. We were told if WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FOR THE SALE PRICE HE WOULD MAKE SURE THAT THE BACK OF THE TRUCK LOOK BRAND NEW! So with that said... I put my trust in what Sean said and the next day (September 22,2012) we purchased the vehicle. A few days later, (which was September 26, 2012)I had an appointment to bring back the vehicle so that the bumper would get repaired. On September 28, 2012 my fiance picked up the truck (which he told Sean that I would be calling because the bumper was not repaired in a way that looked "brand new"). Therefore on September 29, 2012 I called Sean and left a voicemail stating that I needed to make an appointment to speak with someone about the scratches that are still noticable on the truck. I waited until today which is October 5, to hear back from Sean. Up til this very moment he has not returned my call. In my honest opinion, this is not what I believe this dealership would consider appropriate customer service. The trust I gave Sean at the time of me purchasing a vehicle has been completely compromised if not BROKEN! From day one Sean approached us in an anxious type of behavior to sell a vehicle and I feel that he made us promises that were not true. In addition, there was another incident where he was not truthful was when he told us that if we didn't put down a $500 hold on the car that night another dealer was already drawing up the contract for his son to purchase the vehicle. So when it was time for us to do the financing with Jim, Jim had put the $500 ( which was the money we put down to hold the vehicle) down as a down payment WHICH WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT WITH THE $500. Also... I notice that the rubber on the wipers are haning off and I have only had the vehicle for two weeks..... and since I am unsure if I am responsible for replacing the wipers on this preowned vehicle.... I called and left a voicemail on Larry Perez phone this evening but unfortunately no one has returned my call. Since it was late in the business day Friday, I am assuming that he will get back with me soon. All in all, I love the vehicle because this is something that I wanted BUT my experience with this dealership has left a sour taste in my mouth. Purchasing a car can be a stressful process, and trying to trust salesman who only goal is to make sure they tell you anything just to recieve their commission does not make the process any smoother. Hopefully this was more of an aboration than a practice and no one else has to experience what I have experienced. Sincerely Tomyra Harris **********REVISION FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW!************* On October 17, 2012 Monica Bueckman had a driver come pick my vehicled up to be repaired and on Friday October 19,2012 the vehicle was returned and LOOKED BRAND NEW!!! When I seen the repaired vehicle.... I was so excited about the overall look of the bumper and the replaced wipers. I was immediately greeted whitout feeling pressured and offered to drive the vehicle I was interested in. The car had so many options and Mike answered all my questions and set up an appointment for me to offered to drive the vehicle I was interested in. It was truly a pleasure to meet and work with Rory Foster and Ed Cabanas as they assisted me in trying to locate the exact new-model Ford truck that my buyer is looking for (the buyer is a commercial establi and Ed Cabanas as they assisted me in trying to locate the exact new-model Ford truck that my buyer is looking for (the buyer is a commercial establishment, and I am acting as a go-between), as well as test-driving and estimating the trade-in value for the buyer's used Ford truck. I had also earlier spoken over the phone with sales assistant "Taylor" (who set up the meetings for me with Rory and Ed), and she was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and efficient in checking out on line the available vehicles that generally met the specs that we were looking for, and she called me back very promptly with the info. As it turned out, Ed figured out that there were no existing 2012-model vehicles available that met all of the specs of what the buyer wanted, so we had to "Build and Price" a new vehicle from scratch via Ford's website, which could then be ordered and built by Ford within the next few months. I am now in the process of submitting the documentation and proposal to the buyer -- for their approval -- and I'm hopeful that we will be able to finalize the deal in the next few weeks. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable customer experience for me to work with the folks at Beuckman, and I wish them continued great success in the future!! Keep up the good work, guys and gals!!
