Just a great experience We came in originally to test drive an Explorer and we were immediately greeted by Mr. Kinsey who spent a lot of time listening to us and trying to he We came in originally to test drive an Explorer and we were immediately greeted by Mr. Kinsey who spent a lot of time listening to us and trying to help make sure we were getting what we wanted. We found a Honda Pilot (used) and the deal was so good with so many options we finally bought it after driving several Explorers as well. After a couple of days we found my wife just could not get used to the seats (she has fibromyalgia and back pain). I called Mr. Kinsey back to ask if it would be possible to bring the Honda back after explaining our problem. He called back shortly and said to bring the Honda back and that the Bo Beuckman dealership was concerned with customers being happy about their purchase. We brought it back in and after a few more hours of trying to find what we really wanted we bought a new Explorer. My wife is happy and comfortable and we're both very pleased with our purchase. The whole experience was just great. It's rare to find a salesperson who was apparently as concerned about us as he was in getting a sale. We'll be recommending this dealership and Mr. Kinsey in particular. More
