Attempted to purchase a car found on their website. Come to find out the amount i would be financed for, and decided i would wait until the following month so i will have a larger down payment. 2 Weeks late to find out the amount i would be financed for, and decided i would wait until the following month so i will have a larger down payment. 2 Weeks later, they are still doing credit inquiries, the same company, over and over! And then they are calling my boss to verify employment. I already told them i'm not buying now. Then Rich sends me emails of cars he thinks i will like, i specifically asked for SUV, not a CTR, not a Mustang. Running credit inquiries is not authorized without consent. At the point that i sent them in writing to NOT RUN ANYMORE credit inquiries, it should have stopped then. Now all i am hearing is excuses after i mentioned that i could sue for harassment. Stay away. They do not have their business practice together. More

Flew in from out of state to purchase a used van. Was told the van I bought had remainder of 100000 mile factory warranty. This dealer had a Carfax for this van posted on their website. Remember, I flew in from out of state, so their dealer warranty lasted about 8 hrs. Long story short..... Van transmission went out 3 days after I purchased it. Dealer is doing nothing to help me with repair, manufacturer tells me the van only had 36000 mile warranty & that the transmission had ben replace once before, whice did not show up on the carfax that was posted on their website. So, I'm left in the cold, with a van that needs $2800 worth of transmission repair. Buyer beware! Buy from someone else. Let my misfurtune serve as your warning! More

Blueline Auto Group, Inc. proved to be a very honest, fair, and friendly used car dealership. The only reason I gave them a "4" in the "quality of work" category is because when I came to look at the ve fair, and friendly used car dealership. The only reason I gave them a "4" in the "quality of work" category is because when I came to look at the vehicles a salesperson couldn't actually help me right away because they were busy. The GM did come out though and personally answered any questions I had after a few minutes so that was great. Excellent customer service. My experience here was very good, and I am planning on coming back again to purchase a car for my daughter. More
