To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service experience at Bluebonnet Dodge Chrysler Ram. Really expected more from the dealership where I bought my car fr disappointment with the recent service experience at Bluebonnet Dodge Chrysler Ram. Really expected more from the dealership where I bought my car from about 3 years ago. When one of my headlights went out, I was quoted $800 for a $400 bulb by your service desk worker, Stephen. He later lowered the price but mentioned that the technician would not get paid properly for the job, which seemed like an unprofessional attempt to justify the high price. After deciding to leave, I noticed that my fog light cover had been broken off during the service. When I brought this up, Stephen’s attitude became unprofessional, he raised his voice and lied saying I had been a problem and complained the entire time. He then tried to insist that the damage had been there when I arrived, after we both examined all the lights together upon arrival. This felt like an attempt to gaslight me. He walked away from our conversation, saying he was going to get his manager, but it was apparent that she had spoken with Stephen beforehand, as she showed little interest in addressing my concerns. Both Stephen and the manager displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I would, however, like to acknowledge the technician, Michael, for his helpfulness throughout this experience. I hope this matter is addressed properly, or I would never suggest to return to this dealership. Sincerely, Kaden More
The worst dealer have ever seen in this world. My brand new pacifica pinnacle got shutoff on free way two Two times within 2 weeks of vehicle purchase and dealer is totally careless and helpless. We escaped 2 times from our life risk and still no courtesy nothing. I don’t know how the people are buying cars from this dealer. I don’t know how long I have to struggle with them. Brand new car drove for 550 miles and then vehicle was shutoff all of sudden on the speed of 75mph speed. No courtesy , no help nothing from dealer. I beg each and every customer not to trust this dealer because if your car has unresolvable issue then you’re gone , you have to struggle on your own , dealer won’t help on anything. I haven't dealt with the sales staff lately, but it's been my experience that they're knowledgeable, and they LISTEN to your needs. As for the service department, I couldn't ask for a better service writer than Colby Moore. He can tell you what's critical, what's needed in the near future and what can wait until the funds become available. Their have been some mishaps but they always make it right. All 4 of my purchases have been serviced there, dating back to 2007. I have no complaints. More

I have been dealing with Bluebonnet around 20 years. I consider them to be the most honest and fair car dealership I have ever done business with. Just got finished working with Colby Moore regarding serv consider them to be the most honest and fair car dealership I have ever done business with. Just got finished working with Colby Moore regarding service on my Ram. There were a lot of questions I had due to the lack of driving and electrical problems. I can’t say enough to express my thanks to him for being so patient and helpful. Everything was done on time with Colby calling me and explaining the progress. I am partly disabled and Colby did all he could do so I didn’t have to move around. Thank you More
There was an arctic cold front coming in and my battery died. I called Colby at Bluebonnet Dodge and he didn’t hesitate to tell me to come over to check it out.
