The service driver was on his cell phone talking while trying to drive my van and almost damaged it. They these people are total morons. I have been dealing with Bluebonnet around 20 years. I consider them to be the most honest and fair car dealership I have ever done business with. Just got finished working with Colby Moore regarding serv consider them to be the most honest and fair car dealership I have ever done business with. Just got finished working with Colby Moore regarding service on my Ram. There were a lot of questions I had due to the lack of driving and electrical problems. I can’t say enough to express my thanks to him for being so patient and helpful. Everything was done on time with Colby calling me and explaining the progress. I am partly disabled and Colby did all he could do so I didn’t have to move around. Thank you More
There was an arctic cold front coming in and my battery died. I called Colby at Bluebonnet Dodge and he didn’t hesitate to tell me to come over to check it out. This is old school New Braunfels that feels like home. I bought a truck a year ago which was a seamless experience with DK. I usually have some ‘one off’ requests and I’m met with a ‘no problem, we’ll get it done’ attitude I go to the same Service Representative, Chris, who knows exactly what my truck needs. He provides tips to longevity, economy and will show me how to better use my electronics. I learn something new each time I go. I’m very glad I purchased my truck at Bluebonnet, NB. More
Very disappointed in them. I called and spoke to a salesman named Joe about coming in to special order a TRX and I was told they ordered at MSRP with no markup or dealer addendums. I came in the next salesman named Joe about coming in to special order a TRX and I was told they ordered at MSRP with no markup or dealer addendums. I came in the next day and was told they add a 5,000 dollar markup to any TRX special order. Even after telling them I was told differently by Joe, they stood by this greediness. I immediately walked out the door and drove to Ancira Chrysler and ordered my TRX with no markup without issue. I am very annoyed as my Wife just ordered a vehicle at BlueBonnet Jeep with great service, I was expecting the same since my neighbors and friends recommended them and that dealership was informed I was coming by the Jeep salesman who did my wifes car deal. My neighbors were very surprised to hear about the markup. They stated that was not the way they used to do things. I guess greed has taken over. Thank you Ancira for not trying to take advantage of a new customer, who's family, prior to this, were Ford customers. More
As a 20 year customer it pains me to say that my hometown dealership just lost my business. The service department has had my truck for a week and still has not been able to get it into the shop. I know have to tow my truck to San Antonio to be repaired. I usually buy a new truck every other year from Bluebonnet. That is changing as of today. More
