Great customer service we were dealing with Toby the salesman who was very nice and was always willing to answer any questions we had. Buyer BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! I was interested in a used vehicle this company had for sale. I am 3 hours from their dealership. So I called and spoke with a salesman BUYER BEWARE!! I was interested in a used vehicle this company had for sale. I am 3 hours from their dealership. So I called and spoke with a salesman and asked him about the condition of the truck. I stressed that I would be coming from a distance. Based on him telling me that the truck was in very good condition, I made the trip intending to purchase. As I was walking up I immediately noticed the steel bumper on the drivers side was dented in. On the passenger side the plastic that attaches to the bumper was deeply scratched and gouged. It looked like someone had taken a can of spray paint and painted over that area trying to cover it up. Most of the black plastics were faded which I expected based on the pictures online. But the bed rail plastics had holes that were drilled through them and a few places looked as they were burnt. Interior of the truck was in very nice condition. I did drive the truck and when braking the steering wheel shook and the vehicle pulled to the left. After we got to the dealership I decided that this was not the vehicle or the dealership that I wanted to deal with. Just really irritating that we spent a whole day driving back and forth on a truck that was misrepresented. More

Great experience! Poor vehicle service Chris helped us with our trade in of a Ford F-150 for an Acura SUV. We have traded lots of cars in our 25 years of marriage and this has to be the best experience ever. Chris is the most polite and respectful young man I have met in a long time. Chuck gave us a great deal on our trade. Now the bad news. The standard service on the car was not done. The oil level was at 15%, the brakes vibrated when stopping, the airbags didn't work because of low voltage and the tires were very worn due to bad alignment. This all happened on the first day I owned the car. I am going back to the dealer to resolve these situations or return the vehicle. More
Alignment Brought my ford e250 in for front end alignment and it took 3 hours for completion.. A week later my van was still out of alignment.. Went back in and Brought my ford e250 in for front end alignment and it took 3 hours for completion.. A week later my van was still out of alignment.. Went back in and they quoted $1000 to fix and replace the entire front end.. I rejected that work and had my brother in law check it out.. The bolt for the ball joint caster was almost completely out... I took the van to Nicholson tire on hey 5 and they had it fixed for $50. I have been a customer of NGA ford for more than 20 years, I will never go back to this dealership ever again. I will tell all of my family members and friends to never stop by here again. More

I would definitely recommend North Ga Ford to anyone and it's amazing of all the specialty vehicles , motorcycles , campers not your normal Ford Dealer really enjoyed visiting them and doing business. She was told they could not fix the tire, because they were short handed and they did not want to get behind schedule. So they told her to go up the road to another auto shop. She arrived and they don"t open till 8:30am. I have dealt with this dealership for years, and this has changed my opinion of the service department. A couple of weeks ago I had an oil change on my car and when I went to get it the tires were never rotated. the tech just stated "I thought I did". Fortunately I was home and able to help, but if I was not available I would of held Ford responsible for putting her in danger. More

Amazing Crew I recently had my one of a kind, Black Ops, Shelby tuned F-150 vandalized in ATL. I insisted to my insurance Co that it be brought to where I purchased...I'm glad I did! 3 weeks after the incident...my bad xxx truck is awesome again! Much thanks to Eric (Service Mgr), Eric's crew, Dana (my salesman) that kept me apprised, Roger ( Representative of Tuscany/Shelby) and of course Tim Ford ( True caring Owner and friend)...thank you all, it's just a truck but all of your efforts mean so much.
