The car buying experience for me is normally filled with an Yesterday, I had the single best experience at a dealership than I've had my entire life. The car buying experience for me is normally filled with anxiety but yesterday, that all changed. My wife contacted Tim initially because she found a used Veloster that seemed to have everything she wanted. I was a little worried about making such a long trip but after getting there, the car was in fact absolutely amazing. Not only was it loaded with every feature you could want, the price was one of the best prices we had found online. Stacy was buying a car out of need as she'd been driving her previous car for 12 years but I also had a truck that was getting up in age that I was still paying on. The guys really understood our situation well and I decided, after getting such a good initial experience, to walk away with a new car of my own! That's right...bought 2 cars on the same day! We were able to get 2 new rides with close to the same payment I had on just my vehicle. Traded in 2 old cars, got 2 new cars...no major impact to the monthly finances....that's a huge win for the Bell household! I really appreciate the way these guys listened to us, consulted with us as a team and treated us with dignity and respect...even with our personal situation (credit, money, trade-ins) were not ideal. I really thought we would struggle getting Stacy was she NEEDS and we walked away have both our needs met and got a lot of WANTS as well. Thank you so much!
