We bought a 2018 Chevrolet Trax AWD today June 1 and paid cash ... We were disappointed that the car wasn't ready for us as we told our salesman that if everything went like we were hoping for that we would cash ... We were disappointed that the car wasn't ready for us as we told our salesman that if everything went like we were hoping for that we would come to get this car after closing date on our house on June 1st ..We expected that the car would be taken care of completely by this date . Our salesman told me when I called around 10am that he wasn't expecting us til around June 3rd .. so the car wasn't taken to the local Chevrolet dealership to get the recall taken care of . Wasn't clean or detailed yet . He told my wife that the car should be ready by 3pm but that wasn't the time either .. we had to wait over 2 hours to get everything completed with this sale while the car was cleaned up . After getting home we noticed a shotty detailed job & are not happy .. I will be contacting them in the morning to complain about this plus now I have to take the Trax to get the recall looked at & taken care of myself... Our salesman was very courteous thru out the deal but we did expect that the car would've been completely ready upon delivery.. More
