Dealer was a life saver! My truck received warming light regarding DEF system and stated that I’d only be able to drive 5 MPH. This was during a move from Maryland to TN with a truck full of personal items regarding DEF system and stated that I’d only be able to drive 5 MPH. This was during a move from Maryland to TN with a truck full of personal items and towing my boat. To make matters worse it was a Friday afternoon and no other dealerships could help me . That coupled with a recent family death the day before made out situation very difficult . After hearing of our situation , Richard Neis, Fixed Operations Manager, was able to get us another truck to use so we could make it home to our farm 4 hours away. He also had six staff members assist us by moving everything from the bed of my truck into the dealer truck and reconnect my boat so we could get in the road . Amazing service and compassion shown. We would have been in a very bad situation because even if we would have gotten a hotel , we stillhad valuable tools and other items posed in the back of my truck and boat. In addition , our tenants son was home alone waiting for our return the same time a large storm was headed up the east coast . The dealership had my truck fixed the following Monday.
