Blake Sutherland and his sales management team bent over backward to make it happen. When I made my offer, on the internet I thought it was on a 2021 model, "my mistake". I realized this before signing the paperwork after driving to the dealership, told Blake I was sorry for wasting his time, and couldn't honor my final offer. I told him I hoped we could shake hands and not expecting anything else. I thought I would just driving my then-current vehicle three hours back to my home, in Tennessee.
