Misleading dishonest Drove 1:45 min to look at a AUDI Q7. Had numerous text back and forth asking questions about the vehicle and the overall condition that it was in. Unpon inspection of the vehicle I found both front seats torn up with stains on them and a big red stain on the carpet on the passenger side rear. They selectively took the pictures that are on the internet so you could not see these issues and neglected to say anything about them in our texts. When I was leaving I told him he would get a bad review and he didn’t seem to care. My recommendation is to never deal with this dealer for I feel They do not tell you the whole story. More

I was in need of a stow and go mini van to put a lift on for a scooter. It is difficult for me to get around because of oxygen 24/7. I saw the ad on the internet and called Kirt. They are not your normal used car salesman that have been rated at 8%. In my book they rate at the top of the list in overall experience, helpfulness, fiendliness and especially customer service. I have never experienced such personal along with professional salesmanship in my 52 years of living! Greg & Kurt listened to what I wanted and produced. They live out of town but they use local mechanics to do any maintenance which is nice to keep the business in "our town of Fredonia". These are city men but I think they are enjoying the country we have to offer. I hope to continue to see them and I would definately recommend them to my friends and family. Susan!! More
