The fact that Blossom is the most technologically advanced facility in the Midwest, which includes possession of an oil life monitoring system, and has the largest inventory of parts in the Midwest, stocking a full line of parts and accessories, tailormade for each one of our vehicles and that it services ALL makes and models is fantastic, because no matter what make and model of vehicle I purchase in the future, Blossom can still service my vehicle! There is a shuttle if one chooses to wait at home, and if not, one can relax in Blossom's multiple, comfortable, clean, organized, climate controlled, spacious, quiet, and friendly customer waiting area. It is a win win situation either way. The customers are constantly informed of the status of the vehicle whether at home, work or actually waiting at the service facility.
