I was very upset with the service, because my 2019 Tahoe was not fixed. I ask for a battery replacement. My truck was kept there for 3 days. I was told it was ok. I asked the service rep to replace the batt was not fixed. I ask for a battery replacement. My truck was kept there for 3 days. I was told it was ok. I asked the service rep to replace the battery because of my experience with the battery in my 2014 Chevy truck. I told the service rep of my experience with battery failure in my 2014 Chevy truck . I love my Chevy trucks; but I had to take my 2019 truck to another Auto service to get a battery replacement, because the service rep did not trust my story. My 2019 Chevy truck ran for 2 days after I picked it up from Blossom. I was charge for storage / diagnosis? My truck was not fixed. I left very disappointed. More
The sales, service and finance personnel are professional, polite and helpful. The only critique I have is that I wish my sales person had spent more time going over the features of the car, esp professional, polite and helpful. Ashley in service was absolutely GREAT to work with! !!! We were from out of town when the transmission in our truck went into reduced power mode. Called Blossom Chevrolet and was connected to Ashley, ex !!! We were from out of town when the transmission in our truck went into reduced power mode. Called Blossom Chevrolet and was connected to Ashley, explained the issue and our situation, she was awesome to get us in for a diagnosis. Kept us informed thru the diagnosis. When it was determined that the truck was going to be in the shop for awhile, she made arrangements to get us a rental to get home. The repair ended up taking almost a month due to all the problems. Ashley kept us informed all thru the repairs with updates and prognosis. It was a pleasure to work with her as, Blossom Chevrolet was not our hometown dealer. As bad as everything was, she made it a great experience. I would like to add that the length of time it took was NOT the fault of Blossom. It was parts / supply chain issues. More
