I recently had my car serviced at Blossom Chevy, and I want to give a big shoutout to Seth, who was absolutely phenomenal throughout the process. Seth was incredibly detailed in explaining what needed to be done, kept me updated with frequent calls, and was an amazing point of contact from start to finish. His professionalism and customer service were top-notch, and I truly appreciated his effort. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse when I picked up my car after two weeks of waiting for repairs. On the way home, the car broke down unexpectedly. A concerning amount of fluid was leaking from underneath, which I suspect is transmission fluid. The vehicle, a 2024 Chevy Equinox with less than 10,000 miles, runs fine until I press the gas, at which point the RPMs rise, but the car doesn’t move. The belt appeared to be turning fine, but something is clearly wrong. Unfortunately,the car had to be towed back to my house after driving only 2 hours, and now I’m waiting to hear from the insurance adjuster for answers to why the car stopped and leaking fluid. It’s frustrating, especially since the initial collision was somewhat minor and, according to the report provided by Blossom, shouldn’t have caused these types of issues. For a nearly new vehicle, this kind of failure was certainly unexpected and I'm a little frustrated that we have run into this issue. While Seth’s service deserves five stars, the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. I hope Blossom Chevy addresses these issues promptly and thoroughly. This is still a pending claim between my insurance and Blossom Chevrolet. More
