While I appreciate the team's hard work, the service department needs to improve its operation. An oil change typically takes 30 minutes, not three hours. Poor Rating. Too many trips in to fix the issue. First was a 4 time bring it back just to fix a tire leaking air. next had a stabilitak issue, took it in, recieve Too many trips in to fix the issue. When asked they said this work SHOULD fix the issue, didn't fix it almost got in an accident. Took it back said they knew what to do, went 4 days no problem then truck motor making ticking noise, took back in and was told me may need a new motor, wouldn't know until they tore down the engine. Offered me $500 for it. Ended up getting the truck fixed for $3K at an honest small auto shop. Most annoying, keep texting, emailing ,me about the great deals they have on new cars. More

They were polite and courteous, and I appreciated the tracker that let me stay up to date on the progress of my repairs.
