The vehicle was repaired but was not running properly upon receiving it! Also my key was broke and I was told that was how they recieved it! I own a 2024 Chevy Blazer RS, EV. Around the first of January, my Level 2 charging cord began malfunctioning. I took my vehicle to the Service Department at Blossom Chevrolet. I wor Around the first of January, my Level 2 charging cord began malfunctioning. I took my vehicle to the Service Department at Blossom Chevrolet. I worked with Service Advisor Ray Shoemake. Mr. Shoemake was very professional and sincere about my problem since my defective charging cord was on a national backorder list. To compensate for this, Mr Shoemake provided me with a loaner car and even offered to allow me to charge my vehicle at their expense, there at the service department. Weeks passed. Mr. Shoemake then involved his service manager, who I met with. Mr. Jim Cox was familiar with my issue and shared his concern about the backlog of the national backorder. He provided personal assistance to rectify my situation. I was also given the phone number to the GM Concierge to request their assistance. There, I spoke with "Nico" at 1-833-382-4389 on Feb 4, 2025. The efforts of the Service Manager and his Service Advisor eventually led to the acquisition of the charging cord my vehicle required. But if not for the efforts of Mr. Cox and Mr. Shoemake, I might still be waiting. My last three vehicles have all been Chevys. The appt. was easily made and then I was shuttled back home. I was told I would receive a call when the car was ready.
