I won't say that I would or wouldn't recommend this dealership, and I won't talk about their customer service, but I will question the quality of service and the price that you pay. So, I took my vehic dealership, and I won't talk about their customer service, but I will question the quality of service and the price that you pay. So, I took my vehicle in, and they changed the oil and replaced the water housing. When I picked my vehicle up and drove away, I noticed that the sticker on the windshield said that they replace changed the oil back in March, but this was September! then all of a sudden, the check engine light comes on and the vehicle Loose's power. I pull over turn the vehicle off and notice that a button on my key fob is missing! What the xxxx! I open the hood and see that when they replaced the water housing, they never hooked the throttle body back up, so I took the vehicle back. They cleared the engine code hooked the throttle body back up, said the key fob was worn, and never changed the sticker! oh and yes six hundred dollars later "I'm sorry! 😕 More

Blossoms Sales team is fantastic. 5 Stars to them. The service techs and the management there is probably the worst I have seen from any industry I have dealt with. The service a 5 Stars to them. The service techs and the management there is probably the worst I have seen from any industry I have dealt with. The service advisor that I spoke to was very processional and respectful, and I really appreciate her time and how nice she was to me. But I cannot say the same for the techs that dealt with my liners and with her boss. It took them 3 days to do this job, for a set of rear liners. They failed to put them in the correct sides first and I had to take the truck back. Next business day I was there and I went to pick the truck it was still not installed right, a tech checked and I left the truck again and I was told I could come early since it was going to be a 'priority'. That was a lie, I had to leave the dealership after I went there early. Finally they were able to find someone that could do this simple job but when I went to do the paper work, they wanted to charge me. Before I picked the truck I let the service advisor know that because of the multiple inconveniences I wanted the labor reimbursed. Her boss offered me a 'free oil change' knowing full well my truck is brand new and my first oil change is already free. I had 0 confidence they would remember that promise by my second oil change and service and I am not going to take my truck there ever again. They cut me a check but the lack of consideration from her boss was incredible to me. Is my opinion based on my experience that: The techs, quality control and management of the Blossoms Service department does not care about your time nor property. And my recommendation is: Do not take your vehicles to be services there. More
