Took my car in for oil change. Told I had an oil leak on side of motor. This is my only car. I informed service advisor Ray Shoemake,I could only spare the car 1 day. After droppin Told I had an oil leak on side of motor. This is my only car. I informed service advisor Ray Shoemake,I could only spare the car 1 day. After dropping my car off, 2 days later. He promised the car back that day. I did not hear from him or anyone else all day. When I called at 5 pm to check on it, He informed me that they had not gotten to it, it would be another day. No offer of a loaner vehicle or their customer shuttle. Just walk I guess. Their sales person started calling me repeatedly. When I talked to her, I told her I was not interested in selling. She then called me again later, then told me she hadn't talked to me. They are completely unorganized, rude, and liars. I have spent my last dollar with them. What a let down! More

There was hardly no acknowledgement or greeting when I first arrived. The service man did not introduce himself, pretty much threw the documents at me to sign with no explanation.
