Raymond in the service department is wonderful. He made sure I understood all of the repairs my car needed. He answered all of my questions. I won’t buy a car from Blossom because I don’t feel like I can trust them. Went here to get service on my car. They approached me about trading it in and upgrading to a new vehicle. In the process, they I can trust them. Went here to get service on my car. They approached me about trading it in and upgrading to a new vehicle. In the process, they said they needed to run my credit report, I asked if the inquiry would affect my credit, and they told me it would not. I asked AGAIN before they did it, and the representative told me it would not. I got an email after that saying there was a hard inquiry that had caused a change to my credit score. They also told me front wheel drive was better than all wheel drive, and that, in Indiana where there are heavy snows in winter, there’s no advantage to having all wheel drive. I feel like they were just telling me whatever to get me to buy the car even if it wasn’t true. I won’t buy a car from here because I’m not sure what I can believe from them. More
While I appreciate the team's hard work, the service department needs to improve its operation. An oil change typically takes 30 minutes, not three hours. Poor Rating. Too many trips in to fix the issue. First was a 4 time bring it back just to fix a tire leaking air. next had a stabilitak issue, took it in, recieve Too many trips in to fix the issue. First was a 4 time bring it back just to fix a tire leaking air. next had a stabilitak issue, took it in, recieved a call saying needed $4K in work and didn't even address the issue we spoke about. When asked they said this work SHOULD fix the issue, didn't fix it almost got in an accident. Took it back said they knew what to do, went 4 days no problem then truck motor making ticking noise, took back in and was told me may need a new motor, wouldn't know until they tore down the engine. Offered me $500 for it. Ended up getting the truck fixed for $3K at an honest small auto shop. Most annoying, keep texting, emailing ,me about the great deals they have on new cars. More
They were polite and courteous, and I appreciated the tracker that let me stay up to date on the progress of my repairs.
