Made buying a used car quick and painless! I hate buying a car. But when the #2 car in our household was deemed no longer worthy of repair, I had to grit my teeth and find a new one. After looking online, I found a few cars that fit my search criteria - and several of them were at Middletown Auto Sales. I went down to the dealership and was thrilled to find that they have a "no-haggle" policy. In my mind, that's the worst part of the car-buying experience. The no-haggle price on the car I'd chosen was actually less than what KBB.com said the car was worth. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. They wanted to know which cars I was interested in, took us out for test drives in both of them, and then just sat back and let me make up my mind. I came back the next day with the payment check, and the paperwork was processed promptly. More

Excellent. Not your average used car dealership I'm very favorably impressed. Just bought a used car from Middletown Auto Sales. I dealt with Pat Salvatore & Joe Massetti. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well the whole thing went including the financing paperwork. My expectations were also exceeded in seeing how well the car was prepped & cleaned. I will definitely buy from them again in the future. If you need a car, I say you'd do well to give this place a try. There was no pressure - no BS. I felt like I was allowed to "buy" without having to endure the distasteful experience of being "sold". There was a nice assortment of vehicles in all price ranges, and was able to look them over without being pressured. I felt the pricing of the cars was very realistic, especially given the level of service & professionalism I experienced. The place was clean & pleasant to be in. I will absolutely recommend this place, and both Pat & Joe to anyone who needs a car. More

Cartop luggage carrier installation Mark in the service dept. retrofitted my carrier so it would be secure and safe rather than just slapping it on. The manufacturer's brackets were not fitting correctly and he took all the time he needed to do the job right. I'm sure another service center would have allotted him a certain amount of time, but Joe insisted he take his time and do it correctly, rather than rush him onto another job. Mind you, this was at no charge to me. And I got a fantastic price on the entire carrier system. This is a small auto sales and service center that does things the right way. They are good people and I highly recommend them if you need a car (see Pat, I bought my Subaru from him) or you need some mechanical work done. They exemplify old school values and quality. More

Needed A Tire Repaired I had a valve stem break off my 2009 Chrysler town and country (which I did not purchase from this dealer) and called in on a Saturday afternoon to se I had a valve stem break off my 2009 Chrysler town and country (which I did not purchase from this dealer) and called in on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could fix it, they said come right in and we will take a look. After they inspected the problem they informed me that it had the (TPM) tire pressure monitor sensor and that it was not just a normal valve in the rim. They immediately called the parts store ran down and got a new sensor valve assembly, and brought me into the shop to show me the actual sensor and the new complete assembly. They fixed the problem and reinstalled the tire on the vehicle, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. All of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend going to them for service to anyone! Thanks again to them for their help! John H More

I bought a used Outback a year ag I'm not big on writing reviews, but I believe that the entire staff at Middletown Auto Sales deserves a great one! I bought a used Outback a year ago, and from the minute I walked in the door, from sales , to finance, and service, the level of customer service was phenomenal. They are actually honest, a rare quality in the used car industry .I bring the Outback in every few months for scheduled oil changes, and maintenance, I'm in and out quickly and the prices are excellent. When it comes time to purchase another used Outback , I'm definitely going back to Middletown Auto. You won't be disappointed ! More
