The Brakes lights came ON, 5 months after, according to the dealerships The point Safety check Service I didn't need brakes, if I noticed that the brakes were low with form, I would never purchased the car. this car was in A accident and was not registered on Car-fax either, that would lower the value of the car, and I wasn't notified of the accident either. The day before I was picking up the car, I requested to be wax, they waxed but they also dented the left rear driver door, I got a video from the first time I saw the car. And was not there the dent. The day I pick the car was heavy Rain, and I couldn't focus on pre trip the car. .. When I close the deal, they charge me extra car Sale tax to register the car, and the Manager told me I will get a life check of The reminder balance. Them he gave me another excuse that they have to mail. In one week after registration was done. I waited 3 weeks and no check was received, I had it call and, go in person and pick the check . I have proof of the date they gave me the check. 3 week afterwards. Love the car E300 Mercedes bought it 3/28/24. But the Service wasn't good. I would never trust this dealer. I will do Legal action. Not happy Please read this honest review money and time. I'm saving More

Just purchased a 2021 Acura RDX and the service was amazing! I worked with Muhamed and he was honest and genuine and wasn't trying to push anything on me. i bought a used 2015 bmw i8 from this dealership on march 11 2024, on march 15 2024 a drivetrain malfunction light came on, upon further review the car was sold to me with 24 total faults, and a bmw dealers 11 2024, on march 15 2024 a drivetrain malfunction light came on, upon further review the car was sold to me with 24 total faults, and a bmw dealership quoted me for over $5k worth of repairs. i was told the car had no problems they also added $1750 to my service contract and when i found it and called them out, they claimed "it was a mathmatical error" and they would cut me a check. Everytime i call to get an update or remediation for the car repairs...The manager Jim hangs up on me. Eventhough the car was sold "as is", state law in ct requires used "as is" vechicles to have no issues within the first few weeks. Not to mention they defenitly knew about these problems, because the sales associate said they scanned the car before i bought it, but then the manager claimed they dont scan cars they sell unless a light is on. BMW has also confirmes these codes appeares to be active as faults before i bought it. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
