Looked but didn't buy I have to say I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but I did shop. The sales team here was excellent. The only reason I did not buy was that they didn't have what I was looking for. If they did, I would have had no qualms about making a purchase here. More
Poor service So I call this dealership asking them if they could work on my Ford giving them all the details that I knew about it. They where electrical. Then I got a call from the dealership telling me they are charging me $50 for hooking it up to a machine that they could not do the work I needed to take it to a Ford dealer.no I specifically asked if that was going to be the case before I ever took it there and they assured me that no they could do the work. This general marriage or was horrible to deal with he agreed that they should've never told me they could work on the car yet he insisted that I can but I still pay $50 charge for them just pulling in the garage and looking up codes and take it some where else! They would not wave the fee even though they lied and said they could work on it. They would not transfer the fee to a sister company. They simply told me to pay or they would call the cops! I beg every one to avoid this dealership for services, new car or any thing else! xxxx they even told a lady while I was waiting to talk to the GM that a set of brakes on all four would be $625. What a rip off considering brake are $50 a set! So once again stay away from these rip offs! They do not work with you not care about you! Just pay me is there mantality! More

Reseached other Alexander vehicles & happen to come accross the vehicle i was looking at and it was $1,000 cheaper. Confronted them & was given so xx story, then, magically the price was changed back to the verbal price. What a bunch of crock. More
I made contact with Dwayne via internet in regards to a Nissan Xterra listed on their site and then drove to Alexander KIA to look at it for my son. Dwayne was with customers when I arrived so he asked Co Nissan Xterra listed on their site and then drove to Alexander KIA to look at it for my son. Dwayne was with customers when I arrived so he asked Corin to take me for a test drive. Corin was as friendly and helpful as you could possibly ask for. After the test drive, Dwayne was still working with customers so the service manager, Wade, and I chatted. Another very friendly man! When Dwayne and I got down to "brass tacks", it was really the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever completed. Yes, Dwayne was also super friendly and helpful. After we shook on the deal, the sales manager came over and introduced myself. Another friendly, helpful person! I usually have some reservations buying a used vehicle, but I left Alexander KIA feeling very confident in my purchase and the quality of people I met. I feel like I could call them and they would be as friendly and helpful after the sale as they were during. My son loves his new vehicle! More
We were dealing with another dealership and they were unable to meet my price needs and lacked customer service. When we arrived at Alexander Kia Dwayne Deska had the vehicle waiting for me out front an unable to meet my price needs and lacked customer service. When we arrived at Alexander Kia Dwayne Deska had the vehicle waiting for me out front and greeted me by name. They were very friendly, explained the options on the car and offered a test drive. They quickly expedited the sale and Mike Shaffer went to bat for us with the bank and got our interest rate low enough to meet my price need within $5. It was an awesome experience and I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and left very happy! More

We were driving back from PSU on route 80 when an accident closed the road. We were re-directed off Rt 80 and into Williamsport, PA. My wife and I were on our way to a KIA dealership when this happened. We decided to google KIA dealerships in Williamsport and try our luck. Boy, are we glad we did. We pulled into the car lot and found many new vehicles for sale especially the KIA Optima. We were greeted quickly by Jamie Miller in a friendly, easy-going way. Jamie was knowleable and walked us through the buying experience. We were from out of town so we weren't sure how a small town dealership were going to treat us. Well, i can say that we were treated very well and we enjoyed the experience. All of the people were friendly and courteous. We even met with the GM and explained what we were looking for and told him what we needed on price. Wade listened and came back with a fair offer right from the start which cut down on the BS negotiations. I really appreciated that. The transaction was relatively quick and we drove home to Bethlehem, PA in our new Optima. I rated this dealership the way that I did because they deserved the rating. Great overall experience and I would recommend them to others. More
