I would never buy another car from them again. Their Service Department has horrible customer service. I made an appointment to have my car inspected, the rubber fix on the roof, and I had a rattle in m Service Department has horrible customer service. I dropped my keys off in the night drop box at 7:30 am (they open at 8), I didn't hear anything about my car so I called them around 4:45, and they never did anything with my car. I said I had an appointment today and dropped off the keys in the night drop box. He put me on hold and came back and said they already got the keys from the night drop box before I put my keys in there, so they didn't know mine were still in there. He said once they check it in the morning, they don't check it again. He said why didn't you come in, I was here and the lights were on? I said why would i come in when you are not supposed to be open, just because the lights are on, doesn't mean you are open for business. I said why didn't you call me to see where my keys were, especially if I had an appointment and my car was in your parking lot? He said people don't show up all the time. They don't call their customers. This statement right there shows he doesn't care about his customers. The person I spoke to was Joe and all he did was make excuses and blame me for their mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but you don't blame the customer, when the customer did exactly what they were supposed to do. He never took responsibility for the bad customer service. He never apologized or tried to make it better. His only option was to inspect it first thing the next day or reschedule it for another day. My car was supposed to be done by 12 pm that day so that I had someone to help me pick up my car. I missed two appointment, which were very important because I didn't have my car. I spoke to him after the work was done and told him I was not happy with how I was treated and how disappointed I was in how he spoke to me his poor customer service skills. He still didn't care. The car I took in to be serviced is paid off, and I was thinking about buying a truck, but I will NOT be buying a truck from them. More

The salesman that helped me was vague, pressured me into the sale- even when I said I did not feel comfortable and wanted to opt out, did not show me or tell me anything about the vehicle and was not friend the sale- even when I said I did not feel comfortable and wanted to opt out, did not show me or tell me anything about the vehicle and was not friendly.
