Look - anybody can write anything, especially on an anonymous posting on a recommendation website. I am a business owner, as such most of us whether we know it or not are always measuring our business anonymous posting on a recommendation website. I am a business owner, as such most of us whether we know it or not are always measuring our business to others. Blade does it right, period. In the 5 stages of a sales cycle, (intro/prequalify, Rapport, demo, Close, follow up), Blade took me from 1 to 5 in a 1/2 day. And they have been terrific about the most important stage which is follow up. In truth, I didn't even test drive a 2011 Cadillac CTS-Performance Trim Level because I didn't feel I had to. People are not stupid, they can tell when something isn’t right even if they have trouble expressing it. I created a spreadsheet that listed a number of qualifications for purchase, including trade of my MB C320 (I loved that car). I used Autotrader.com primarily but nor exclusively and shopped when I had time. Several qualified candidates made the final 4, Blade in Mt. Vernon Washington was not the top. What made the deal was Roy Mureno. I have been a sales manager, a regional manager and salesman. I appreciate someone who can read the customer. Roy is great. In truth, cars are everywhere what matters is the people. The Chevy Bowtie is lucky to have Roy and for that matter Blade, he wouldn’t work there if there were structural problems with the organization. After several days of test-driving new cars at various dealerships, we reached the conclusion that a late model used Subaru Outback would meet our company's needs for an extra business car. We were pleasa dealerships, we reached the conclusion that a late model used Subaru Outback would meet our company's needs for an extra business car. We were pleasantly surprised to find two in outstanding condition at Blade Chevrolet's used lot. Roy handed us the keys and let us test drive both cars. We had already done our homework on Bluebook values before the visit. We picked the one with the lowest mileage and reached a fair price agreement quickly. Not only would I recommend Blade to others but I would specifically call out the amazing experience would refer someone to your business or product. Because of him I would strongly consider buying from him even regardless of what the inventory was and if I only wanted to purchase new. Bjorne did EVERYTHING that he said he would do, his assessment of what was being presented was accurate and right on the money. He was honest and the paperwork was completed within 7-10 minutes. He even drove the car to me and took my trade back with him. He was referred to me and I have already given his name to others... What a great buying experience thanks to Bjorne!! :) More
