My buying experience was actually fun. I had a good time. I wanted free floormats and all I had to do was run out to the showroom and yell "I want free floormats", it was fun. I bought a Silverado 2500HD Duramax and they filled it with fuel. Not cheap. They sold me the truck for way less than it was worth. They got me a very low interest rate. Finance was awesome. Very informative and friendly. Overall I would shop here for my next vehicle as well. Thanks for the great buying experience. More

We were looking to trade my 2001 Convertible Corvette in for a 2008 model of the same. Roy was very fair in the price negotiations for my trade in and the 2008 we wanted to purchase. We did go back and forth a few times with the total price, but the experience was painless and we ended up with a price that worked for both sides. My Wife and I live in Covington so the drive was about an hour and a half to get to Blade(not many convertible vettes out there for sale). We would definitely make the trip again on our next purchase, especially now that we could cut that trip down to an hour with the new 'Vette ;) Thanks again you guys !!!! - Todd and Chrissy More
My husband and I had just had quite the day looking for a used Honda Civic for me to drive to work each day. We had been to Bill Pierre Chevrolet (watch out!) and had a horrendous experience. We saw an '04 Civic online at Blade that looked pretty nice, and was definitely priced right. From the moment I called and talked with Erik Adams, I just had a good feeling. He was patient, kind and definitely seemed to care about my call. We showed up about a half an hour later at the dealership and Erik had just given the car a bath and pulled it around for us! (He even called me to let me know in case we showed up and didn't see the car right away). Erik was professional, patient, easy to talk with, experienced, and completely non-pushy. He was really straight up with us about everything. He told us that Mr. Blade doesn't want to sell cars that aren't safe, so the minor issues we were concerned about were put into our contract that they would look at them and fix them. The check engine light was on (something he mentioned to us from the start) and he even put into the contract that if the engine repair (after being looked at) was too pricey, the deal with the car would not go through. I feel that we got a really fair deal with their "Internet pricing," which was more than $2000 less than the original price, and also below retail. There were no papers with numbers and: X____________ "sign here, sign here, I thought you were serious about buying a car!" (etc...) Our transaction was smooth, and I never got the impression that they were desperate for us to buy the car, just that we were satisfied. That would win my business every time. They listened to us, did not even mention financing after I said we wanted to pay cash. The man who did the paperwork woth us (wish I could remember his name!) was extremely nice as well. When I remembered that my parents' neighbor, Zane Morrison worked there, I also knew we were in good hands. We've known their family for about 8 years, and have nothing but the best to say about them. All-around, I think Blade Chevrolet is an excellent dealership, and I would be more than happy to buy a car from them again! I will be recommending Blade to all my friends! No high-pressure garbage there, just people that want to get you into a car you love and a price you're comfortable with. Thank you Blade! More
Did not listen to the issue or problem. Ignored past service record and intent of visit. Did not address original issue and had the same problem when we had been told the issue had been solved and did n service record and intent of visit. Did not address original issue and had the same problem when we had been told the issue had been solved and did not exist when we came to find out the Service Manager did not pass along any of the information relative to the problem. The issue was demonstrated to still be happening the moment we picked up the vehicle so we had to leave it another day so a one day visit became a five day visit. In the end we wasted our time, effort, and when we mentioned our displeasure our concern over the poor service and follow up was met irrevenrance and disavowed with no concern. Blade Chevrolet plainly did not care. More
In the past, car buying has not been a very positive experience for me. That all changed when I went into to Blade Chevrolet over the weekend and had the pleasure of working with Roy. He listened to what I wanted, determined what was important to me and then found me a vehicle that I absolutely love! Roy was friendly, no pressure and very patient. He literally spent hours with me while I decided which of the two cars I most wanted! When I left the dealership that day, I left feeling very satisfied with the entire experience, as well as the peace of mind of knowing that I now have a reliable car. I would definitely recommend Roy Mureno and Blade Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new or gently used vehicle! I found the car I was looking for using the dealership's online tools which were very descriptive with a ton of pictures and information about the vehicles listed. I was not from the area, so I was able to negotiate with the dealership via email and phone calls and seal the deal. I flew into the Seattle airport to purchase the vehicle and the dealership met me there with the car so I didn't have to drive up to Mount Vernon and then back down towards Portland, Oregon, saving me several hours worth of back-tracking. There was a small hiccup on the pricing document when I arrived at the airport which the salesman took care of without blinking an eye, making everything right. My salesman, Dirk, was great to work with and I would highly recommend him and Blade Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a car. They were professional, up front, and obviously valued customer service much more than other dealerships I had worked with in the past. Dirk even found a second key to my vehicle 5 weeks after the sale and mailed it to me. A lot of folks wouldnt have gone through that effort. Hats off to Dirk and the Blade Chevrolet crew, thank you for making my buying experience through you a great one! More

We gave a lower rating for our overall experience due to the fact that it took the Used Car Manager way too long to arrive at the final negotiated price on our new vehicle, as well as a trade-in price for our old vehicle. (We were at the dealership for almost three hours.) The Finance Manager was extremely quick and efficient, as it took less that five minutes to complete our purchase. More

They only gave us 1 key, no owners manual and didn't fill up the fuel tank. They claimed to work well with Military, which we are, but their customer service is horrible. They have a serious lack in professionalism. *update: the dealer did respond to this review and got us a key and owners manual. They were very quick to respond and fix the mistake. More
