I did a "value my trade" on the internet as I was trying to trade down my low mileage car in order to add a truck to our garage. Lee called me within an hour of submitting the the vehicle. They had the car in stock I was looking for and were close to what I wanted to get in cash on the trade. After a little negotiation we came to an agreement on the amount of cash to go along with the deal, contingent on him seeing my car to verify its condition. Lee came in on a Sunday in order to meet with me on my schedule. I was a little worried at first as its 114 miles from my house and was wondering if when I got there I was going to be told, "well, your car is not really worth that much". I was very pleasantly surprised when I got there that Lee met me at my car, looked down one side, then the other, and replied, "ok, lets go drive our car and make sure you will be happy with it. I was very happy with the new (er used) car and we went in to do the paperwork. I felt almost like I was visiting with a friend rather than making a car deal. Things went very well and I will definatly be checking Blade first when I need another vehicle. More
Roy did a great job setting up a trade for the 2008 Silverado we bought. The service was good and pricing was good. Was one of the smoother transactions I've had. I would recommend Blade to anyone. Recently purchased a Ford Fusion(used) from Juan Ibarra st Blade Chevrolet. Juan was very helpful and knew about all the used cars. He did not try to pressure us into buying a new car, like so many other dealerships. With our financial situation we did not hope for the best, but the whole team at Blade Chevrolet came thru for us. Not only did we purchase the ford fusion but we feel in love with the 2013 Silverado and Juan again worked his magic and got us into that truck with no down and for less monthly payment than we were making on the truck we traded in. All in all a very great experience with all friendly and kind people. More
I found the car (BMW 335D) on the internet, running a nation wide search. This dealership had the right car with the right options and, more importantly the right price. I called up to inquire and see what they could do price wise and surprisingly they were willing to negotiate on an already killer price. I placed a deposit with Juan and flew 2000miles to check out the vehicle; when I arrived the vehicle was perfect as described and ready to go! Considering the service and pride I observed while there, I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More
I won't start off telling untruths, we almost did not buy from this dealership, but the car we looked at was in stellar condition and was just what we were looking for, so to "walk away" after a bad "first i from this dealership, but the car we looked at was in stellar condition and was just what we were looking for, so to "walk away" after a bad "first impression" did not seem to be a viable option. When we first visited, we called ahead and drove over 75 miles to reach the dealership where we were to meet with Lee. When we arrived, Lee was finalizing a sale and we were greeted by Roy M. and asked if we needed help. When Roy found out that we were working with Lee, he thanked us for coming in and left us to wait. When Lee arrived to us, he was short and seemed almost "put out" regarding the sale as we were waiting on a check for a totaled car later that week and would not be finalizing the sale that day, however we made this clear prior to even leaving for the dealership. After speaking with Lee for less than 20 minutes, he stated that he had other clients that had just arrived and allowed us to take the car for a 1/2 mile test drive down a back road at a slow speed and brought us back to the dealership and almost left a trail of flames behind him as he left us standing there, with many questions still left to ask so that he could get to the waiting clients that came in after us. When we left, we were more than frustrated, but we stopped Roy and asked if he could work with us when and if we returned. Roy, very professionally apologized for the actions of his co worker, gave us his card and advised us that he would love to help us, however we should call the General Manager, John and let him know what happened and that we were requesting the change in salesmen. I called on Sunday and John was out. I called on Monday and John was out. I called on Tuesday and John was in and listened to what happened, advised us that he was sorry and that was out of character for Lee and he would speak with him, we could certainly work with Roy and gave us Roy's cell phone number. We called Roy and let him know that we would be in Wednesday or Thursday to put a deposit on the car. One issue we had with John was that when we went to look at the car we were told it would be one price, then John quoted me $500 less on the phone, which I believed was due to our issue. When I called my fiance to tell him the price had dropped, my fiance told me that it was now $360 less online as well, so it was only a $140 difference and a little disappointing. One of the issues we had the first day with the car was that there was no spare tire. We mentioned this to Lee and he said we were "SOL". We were a little stunned, Roy, however stated that he would be placing a spare in the car. On Wednesday evening, we drove out after the dealership closed and took a look at the car without any salesmen to bombard us and then Thursday we kept in close contact with Roy until we could finally receive the insurance check and make it in. When we arrived, Roy handed us the keys and said, "Have fun" (Regarding the test drive) and "we'll see you in a bit." He was so nice and friendly. He was funny and sarcastic and was very laid back and just over all fun. When we finally made it out of the dealership it was well after 9:00 pm, an hour after close and we forgot about the tire and Roy forgot about the tire and since we lived so far, we bought one and called about Blade repaying the cost of the spare. We talked with Ron and then John and within 10 days a check for the full price of the spare was in the mail and to us. Then today, we received a calendar with an 8X10 glossy photo of my fiance and his new car and the purchase date and stickers for birthdays and to do items and a thank you letter and a business card and it was just such a welcome addition to the complete sell. Would I recommend this dealership.... Absolutely. We have bought 3 cars within 6 weeks of each other all from different dealerships and this one did not have the haggling, the nagging and the over all uncomfortable ending that the other two did. Roy was amazing, John and Ron stood by everything they said they would and the additional staff was very friendly and amazing. We only had the one issue with the one salesman and that was rectified without retaliation and we were not made to feel uncomfortable or like our business was unwanted. This was the best car buying experience ever. Thanks Roy!! More

She also was wonderful and answered all of my questions, braved test ride with me- I chose the first car I drove because Doug had done such a great job of picking the right one to fit my physical needs, there was no need to waste time doing more than one!!- my experience was great and I am very enthusiastic about telling friends and family to go on line and connect to Doug!!Between Doug and Sharon they treated me well and took very good care of me- they are wonderful. Blade Chevy has a terrific reputation in NW Washington, and it's well earned. Although we had our last vehicle regularly serviced by Blade, this was our first time purchasing a vehicle from them.
