The car was obviously detailed and serviced as it was very clean; oil and air filter and air cleaners were changed. Negative: As the vehicle was cleaned and serviced and you had the vehicle awhile, we think you should have found the numerous oil leaks; oil all over the under pan; oil smell after driving; and radio that does not work! (Or maybe you did find them.) At any rate it makes us question your honesty/integrity. (We couldn't notice the slow Oil leaks at dealers; the car had to sit here a few days!! Radio was not turned on during test drive as Driver & salesperson are conversing.) Overall, we like the vehicle and our dealings with you were professional. We just hope these two issues will be easy for us to have fixed. More
So very happy I was worried about going to a dealership. I'd heard so many horror stories about females going to dealerships and getting taken advantage of. Right from the start it was clear they wanted to treat me good. I had an amount I wanted to pay and they beat it. The salesman was so nice and very helpful. And I love the car. I couldn't be happier. Great Customer Service I could not have asked for a better experience in buying this car for my family. Not only was the buying process and easy and stress free one but I fe I could not have asked for a better experience in buying this car for my family. Not only was the buying process and easy and stress free one but I feel like everyone involved went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and everything went well. Even after taking the car home and having a few little things come up everyone at Blade made sure that the problem was resolved and that it did not continue. I will 100% be recommending Blade to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle but I will also be returning for my next purchase. More

I had researched in online forums about some of the pitfalls to watch for in ordering a Corvette - most issues due to the somewhat mysterious dealer allocation process. Juan and Kevin were very 'up front', easy, and pleasant to work with throughout the whole process....and we were able to arrive at what I thought was a fair deal for all (including my trade-in). I definitely recommend Blade as a great dealer to work with! More
These people in the service department don't seem to care Purchased new Colorado from Blade in 2012. Installed faulty oil filter at service, running oil out of engine. Later, when custom rim surface failed, counter person told me they would not warranty it. Service manager told me he would check into it, never calling me back. Last week, took truck in after tire I purchased from them failed. Counter person told me they didn't warranty the tires, but I needed to find a local Continental Tire dealer, though I purchased the set of tires from Blade. When I told the two girls at the counter, who were fixing each other's hair that "Your company is the worst at service I've ever experienced, the senior counter person looked at me and said "Cool"! Quality truck but not 100% sure about price Worked with Gene Garcia to purchase a lightly-used 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Gene was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward in our discussion. However, I asked respectfully to be shown the dealership's cost on the vehicle so I could get a sense of Blade's markup but Juan Ibarra would not disclose that for me. I think/hope I got a fair price, but I guess I'll never really know if I overpaid. That's one of the biggest reasons I dislike buying vehicles: Lack of pricing transparency or unwillingness to provide it. I'm absolutely not saying Juan was unethical; the dealership needs to generate profit which, being a business owner myself, I fully accept (and I made that clear to Gene.) I'm just saying the experience left me with a lingering sense it was me against The Man. I certainly drove away with a beautiful pickup, which I'm very happy about, but financially speaking I'm just not sure how I came out in the end. That bothers me a little. More
2017 Colorado diesel Came in to get a new Colorado diesel. Joseph came out and we took one for a test drive and ordered one to meet my wants. It came, scratch on the door, was fixed adequately. During trade in negotiations I had asked for $4500 trade in for my 95 F250 diesel but was only offered $2000 tops on the basis that my transmission "shifted hard" was "low on fluid and fluid was dark and burnt." Next day I took my truck in for service and asked about the trans fluid and was told it was not low, nor dark, nor burnt. I checked it myself and confirmed what the service man said. Hmmmm??? I wish I had just been told they didn't want it on the lot and nevermind telling me tales. I don't blame Joseph for this, he just related what he was told. Did bring the Colorado in for a question about its transmission and Chad Arnold had a tech go out with me for a test drive. Confirmed my concern with trans, but advised to break it in for a bit first. Doing that now. Otherwise I like the truck very much and all in all happy with the deal and treatment except where noted above. More
