Our purchase was handled in the most professional manner, the car was prepped for us to take, and after just a little negotiation we struck an agreement on our trade-in. We drove 254 miles round trip to buy our car and consider that a minor inconvenience. We'll definitely consider making our next purchase from Blade, even though it is way too far to go for service. I see why they have been in business for more than a century. Our salesman Rey couldn't have been more pleasant, courteous, and interesting to talk with. More

Bad beyond belief The service writer I dealt with treated me like last weeks trash. She couldnt answer my questions about the work that had been done on my truck in the The service writer I dealt with treated me like last weeks trash. She couldnt answer my questions about the work that had been done on my truck in the last two visits, or should we say not done. They wouldnt even give me a copy of the service order so that I could see for myself. I brought my truck in ( with appointments ) 2 times for the same work and still didnt get a completed job and was told I had to come back for a third appointment so they may be able to complete the job. This is very sad and very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cant see where I would recomend this group of people to anyone or let this group do any more work on my truck. More
