I noticed a rock chip in the windshield when I picked up the truck. He called their glass vendor, gave me directions and told me to go there and they will repair at no charge. He was genuinely nice during the entire experience more out of character than anything. I will most definitely start with him the next time I need a vehicle since I know there won't be any pressure and he is really good guy. Most definitely the best experience I have had buying from a dealer. More

Shortly after purchasing my Tahoe from them (10 days), I went on a road trip to Oregon with my daughter and had a terrifying experience. Antifreeze and another hose were unattached from the motor causing smoke from under the hood. I had to take it to a shop out of state and wait for hours for it to be fixed. Thankfully Blade made that right and paid for the repairs. From then on... nothing but problems. Side paneling came off while driving down I-5, seat heater not working, radio not working, when I went in to the dealership to talk to someone about it Saturday, his exact words were 'I'd be pissed too. Bummer.' If I could return the vehicle, I probably would. I'm not sure how it passed the 150 point inspection they said it did. Didn't expect to pay that much for a rig to have so many problems in the first 2 weeks of owning it and getting NO response from anyone when I reach out to them. I honestly don't like complaining but I'm pretty bummed and hurt about this purchase, when I was very excited for it. More

He knew all about the mechanisms and he showed me and explained how to operate all of the special features that the fully loaded 2014 Chevy Cruze has to offer and even helped me set it up. He was very helpful and has been great with answering any questions my Daughter and I have and have had about our new cars.
