Serjio at Blade went above and beyond to get me in the best truck. I was looking at one that had higher miles and body damage and he was honest about that truck and said “it is a great truck but you real best truck. He texted and called throughout the whole process and still checks up on me even after the purchase. I would have liked more negotiations on the price, but the truck is amazing and I feel safe in it and it has a lifetime warranty that only Blade offers!!! I would buy from him again! More

I am an essential worker that works nightly 12-hour shifts. When I found what I believed was great deal on a pre-owned car at Blade Chevrolet, I quickly made arrangements to have my afternoon-to-mornin shifts. When I found what I believed was great deal on a pre-owned car at Blade Chevrolet, I quickly made arrangements to have my afternoon-to-morning shift covered based on my conversation about the vehicle with the salesman. Over the phone, the salesman named Quentin explained they were seeing customers on an appointment-only basis due to COVID-19 governmental orders. I immediately made an appointment with Quentin and drove up to Mount Vernon to test drive that morning. Upon arriving at the dealership, Quentin greeted me (without donning any PPE) and said that “a lady had just walked in 15 minutes ago and bought the vehicle”. In a classic bait-and-switch, he explained that he had two other cars to show me. I was speechless. Blade Chevrolet should’ve honored our appointment or immediately called to cancel once they had sold the vehicle. Instead they chose to put themselves first and customers second. I contacted the manager of Blade Chevrolet, Jon Kowalczyk, prior to writing this review in a naive attempt to resolve the matter. I asked to be reimbursed for the wages I lost that day. All he offered was a trite apology, a series of excuses, and a small sum (typical of what many dealers hand out when soliciting test drives for cash); all of which I declined. Blade Chevrolet will likely reply with what appears to be a sincere response intended to make them seem concerned or willing to resolve the matter. This is simply more disingenuous manipulation designed to win customers over without changing their underlying business practices. Car dealerships have a uniquely bad reputation and Blade Chevrolet is no exception. More
Bad Service Department. So I dropped my car there on 5/12 for an oil change. No call, no communication whatsoever from the Service Department. My wife called them on 5/15 and was told that the car was done. She paid over the phone, so I guess all I need to do is stop there and get the key. I arrived at 5.20 pm. The girl was inside the office looks super unhappy and unprofessional. No hi, no smile, just look at me into the eyes. I felt a little bit awkward so I said hi, i am here to pick up my car. She said the place is closed at 5pm, I asked her "oh really? The sign said it opens at 7am and closes at 6pm". She said NO WE CLOSE AT 5. I look at the sign on the door again and it is still showing 6pm to me. But whatever, I just need to pick up the key anyways so I didn't want to argue with her about that. Then I look at the paperwork - my car was finished on the 5/13, and your Service department never calls and let me know. Great people &service, Blade Chevrolet. More
