The service department at this dealership are a bunch of crooks. They will take advantage of you any chance they can. Sales will sell you a "Lifetime" (7 years) "powertrain" warranty that excludes items crooks. They will take advantage of you any chance they can. I traded in a 1LE 2SS Camaro that was in beautiful shape, for a 2018 CTS V the car was in OK shape however the tires were Horrible ( weather checked sidewalls, and the oil filterwas hand tight which shape, for a 2018 CTS V the car was in OK shape however the tires were Horrible ( weather checked sidewalls, and the oil filterwas hand tight which leaked all over my shop the first night, they did the service) and it wasn't even detailed the owner's son was driving the car. Blade sent me down the road on unsafe tires, which blew my mind but the ctsv was the exact car I wanted, carbon fiber package, color, etc. so I took the deal knowing the exact car was hard to find. Kevin (my salesman) was great to deal with however above him the sales manager was quite disappointing. They had room in my trade to put tires under the cadillac and make a lifelong customer, however at this point I wouldn't buy a candy bar from them going forward. More
