It was easy to schedule my repair online. I was greeted promptly and politely when I got to the dealership. The waiting room was clean and quiet, plus free hot drinks from a Keurig K-cups typ I was greeted promptly and politely when I got to the dealership. Trying to get replacement wheel locks for my 2015 Edge. I've been told by 2 different Ford reps that the dealer should be helping me get these. I was told without the registration card, they can't be sure I've been told by 2 different Ford reps that the dealer should be helping me get these. I was told without the registration card, they can't be sure to send me the correct wheel locks and it would be trial and error. I was not given a registration card with the purchase. The dealer is telling me to go a parts store and buy some new ones - which would mean I would have to have the existing ones broken off. So, no help. Very disappointed and will not be using this dealer again. More

I received such prompt excellent service. It started with an offer to have someone come pick up my car from my driveway. I was informed throughout the day about the findings on my vehicle and It started with an offer to have someone come pick up my car from my driveway.
