I went for a oil change,tire rotation and brake check combo. While I had it in I wanted them to check the battery they installed previously for the built up around the terminals that has been occurring combo. He explain that it was a maintenance free battery and it doesn't happen much so they don't do that. As far as I know that means you don't have to add water anymore,they do have product you can spray on or rub on, a five minute job. I also ask him if a techician could listen to my window on the driver side go up and down to give me an idea what could be going on. Oh no that will take too long we would have to disassemble the door to do that, what a bunch of crap, I was looking for some possibilities. I GUESS WHEN TIMES ARE GOOD YOU CAN PUSH YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS AWAY. Glen Sdao is my sales person he has always treated us good, it is hard to buy your car at one dealer and get it fixed at another. Took our newly purchased 2008 Explorer in for some warranty work prior to 3yr 36 expiring and Blackwell did a great job! We did not buy the vehicle from them but they treated us like we did.
