If you read the review, you would know that Ed Waldron was a large part of the problem. Speaking to him again would not remedy the situation. My parents leased a new vehicle at Bill Brown Ford instead of continuing to support Blackwell. Hopefully you rid yourselves of the poor manager that is Ed Waldron so your business can regain a positive image in the community again, as I go out of my way to inform everyone of your poor service staff at every possible opportunity.
