As soon as I entered the dealership, I could feel the warmth and friendliness of everyone there. They made me feel welcome and important regardless that my credit wasnt perfect. From our initial phone call from Hannah, our first encounter with Tracey and lastly our meeting with Travis, they each immediately re-established a rapport with us. As this was our second purchase in as many months. They have a way of making car buying a fun project. I drove to Danville and in ONE DAY (actually less than one day), I was in a 2013 vehicles with 0% financing. Allison Tune listened to me and my situation, my finances and figured the best car for me! We have dealt with a number of dealers while shopping for our new Kia. This is our third vehicle purchase from Blackwell over the past number of years. We always figure that there has got to be dealers out there that are as friendly and enjoyable to work with as Blackwell Dodge/Kia but we have always been proven wrong. Amanda Burnett/ Reynolds was our sales representative and it was like she was a friend of the family. In dealing with her there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, as I stated before we searched for a car for a while. On the day of the purchase our family had not eaten any dinner, and mentioned that we were going to go get something to eat, and then come back and sign paperwork for the purchase. Amanda offered to go out and get us some dinner,of course we did not accept but to have a sale person to offer dinner was extraordinary.John Thurman the sale manager was very accomindating with all of our requirements and Travis Reynolds explained all of our finance options and paperwork very well. This experience was a great one all the way around.I look forward to dealing with them again on our next purchase. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone considering a Kia or Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. More

A little more than a year ago I bought my first brand new car...not brand new used NEW NEW. I had gone to other dealers who gave me the run around and who were trying to get me into a used car for more than car...not brand new used NEW NEW. I had gone to other dealers who gave me the run around and who were trying to get me into a used car for more than I was willing to pay and it didn't have the all features I wanted. I bought a 2011 KIA Forte, with the features I wanted, paying less money that the "used" car would have been, and give $1,000 for my very old Oldsmobile. Tracey Wiles gave excellent customer service and was honest with me. I originally wanted the KIA Optima but I couldn't afford it but I thought to myself that will be my next car, my goal. In the year that I had my new car I drove to TN on one tank of gas, and I have never had a problem with my Forte. I even refered a friend and I got $25.00 off of the "scratch board" FREE MONEY! Just yesterday I got a call from Tracey saying that the interest rates are looking great, and I could probably get my Optima. I did just that. I got a lower interest rate, all my coverage, and I am PAYING LESS for my 2012 KIA Optima!!! The reason why I trust these car salesman more than others is because they are salary based, sure they have goals they are salesman but they aren't willing to do anything or give you bad advice to put you in a car that is not right for you. Sometimes you have to wait for the right time. The other reason I did this upgrade was because everyone would benefit from it. My car had less than 7550 miles on it, only a year old, so someone will get a great new car, I get the car I wanted at a cheaper price, and the salesman gets a sale. I would also like to give my support to the men and women who work in the garage. I dropped off my car in the morning and they delivered it to my work by lunch, I get a free VA inspection, and excellent customer service. Thank you BLACKWELL KIA, Donna Benz More
